School Performances
In addition to dance competitions around the globe, Walsh Kelley School dancers also perform at various events and venues locally. The dancers have performed with The Chieftains, Jethro Tull, Cherish The Ladies, Eileen Ivers, as well as with the Charlotte Philharmonic on opening night at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center in Charlotte.
Walsh Kelley School dancers also performed at the Charlotte Hornets and Charlotte Bobcats halftime shows as well as the ACC Basketball Tournament halftime shows in Chapel Hill.
St. Patrick’s Day is a big day for the Walsh Kelley students. A time of great celebration, dancers participate each year in the Charlotte parade and many festivities around the North Carolina. Students also perform year-round at events such as weddings, retirement homes, festivals and school events.
